Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible, however, for any customs and import taxes that may apply to the delivery destination. As a result, Elo & Co is not responsible for delays due to customs or for any customs fees or taxes.
Should you enter the wrong address, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing us at eloandcodesign@gmail.com.
Unfortunately, it may not always be possible for us to amend your order details, so please ensure all details provided are in full and correct at the time of order placement.
Your items will be shipped within 1-3 business days of payment being received.
All orders are sent via An Post as a standard, untracked parcel, unless Registered Post is selected at the checkout. If you would like to track your item you must select the Registered Delivery option at the checkout.
You will be notified by email when your parcel is on its way. Please note transit times will vary depending on the destination. We are unable to take responsibility for delayed packages, once they’re handed over to the postal service.
Should your parcel not be delivered or arrives damaged, please get in contact via email at eloandcodesign@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help. For damaged items, we must be notified within 3 days of delivery.
Returns and refunds
In the interest of hygiene and for your protection, earrings are excluded from our returns. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If there are any issues with your purchase please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve the problem. Refunds & returns will not be issued unless the item is faulty.
!IMPORTANT!
Please be aware, the images provided on each product page are a guide only. As each piece is individual, variations in colours will be present, and each piece will have a different ratio of colours/glitter when multiple colours/glitter are used. Occasionally some pigment flecks/spots/streaks may also appear in your piece. These are not imperfections but rather just what makes them unique and different – the beauty of handmade!
If you’ve received the wrong order please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to resolve the problem.
All Elo & Co purchases are protected from faults and breakages within 30 days of purchasing. This, however, excludes wear and tear.

We really hope that you will love your Elo & Co jewellery as much as we enjoy designing and making it. A lot of love and care has gone into making your earrings as hardy as possible, but please still remember to take care.
Here’s a few ways to keep your fab jewellery in tip top condition:
Storage:
When you’re not wearing your earrings, the best way to look after them is to store them hanging, flat in a box or, when travelling, in a travel case.
Please do not store loose with other jewellery, carry them in your pocket or put them in the bottom of your hand bag. Doing so will likely cause breakage or damage to surfaces.
Cleaning your jewellery:
To clean the acrylic components of your jewellery we recommend wiping them with a micro fibre cloth (for example, a glasses cloth).
The majority of our findings, including posts, are made from hypoallergenic surgical stainless steel and coated base metals. These metals will tarnish over time, but they can be cleaned by using jewellery tarnish removal products.
Avoid water:
Avoid showering, swimming and any activity that involves water with your Elo & Co jewellery on.
Avoid Sweat:
Going to the gym will help you look and feel your best but unfortunately sweat won’t do the same to your jewellery.
Avoid Cosmetics:
In order to prevent any tarnishing it’s best to wait until all cosmetics, perfumes, oils and hairsprays are applied and fully absorbed before putting on your favourite jewellery.
Avoid direct sunlight:
To prevent fading, avoid leaving your jewellery in direct sunlight.
Avoid sleeping in your earrings:
It’s a good idea to remove your earrings before going to bed. You won’t need them in order to to get some good beauty sleep.

We get that no matter how careful you are, accidents can happen. Should you damage or break your jewellery and want to see if it can be repaired, please email us and we’ll do our best to help you. Please see below for possible resolutions to some simple issues.
We might be able to give you advice on how to mend it yourself or give you a quote for sending it to our workshop for repairs. All costs for repair will be the responsibility of the buyer i.e. parts, labour and postage, unless your jewellery is still within warranty.
In your email please remember to include the following information:
1. Name
2. Address
3. Order number
4. Date purchased
5. Description of the problem
6. A photo of the problem.
Please note:
Unfortunately, it’s not always possible to repair jewellery. It will depend on the level of damage and if parts are available.
Here are some tips to resolve some simple questions you might have:
Hoops:
If one of the hoops becomes misaligned, you can easily adjust it and realign it using a small pair of pliers
Earring posts:
Should an earring post become loose or falls off (please see our How do I care for my Elo & Co jewellery FAQ on how to help prevent this from happening) we recommend using e6000 glue to refix them.
Instructions for repairing posts:
1. Clean all glue from both the earring and the post.
2. Place a small blob of glue onto the base of the post
3. On a flat surface, gently press the the post onto the stud of the earring
4. Allow to dry for 48 hours before wearing.
